Available Hangar Space

Presque Isle is known for its beautiful seasons and amazing outdoor activities. It is because of these distinct seasons that many aircraft owners choose to hangar their aircraft. Whether you are interested in hangaring your aircraft for a few months or longer term, Presque Isle International Airport can help. Please contact Airport Administration at 207-764-2550 for hangar opportunities.

Skyway Industrial Park

Skyway Industrial Park is the largest area of “Industrial Zone” property in the City of Presque Isle. The Park includes 440 acres of developable land ready for your business to call it home. It is not only adjacent to the Airport, but also to the Northern Maine Community College and within minutes of downtown. If you are looking for space to expand, relocate, or room to rent, Skyway Industrial Park is a great fit.

The Presque Isle Industrial Council (PIIC) oversees the Industrial Park and is a separate legal entity from the City of Presque Isle. The Park is permitted for development by the State of Maine Department of Environmental Protection and is currently served by all utilities. Numerous tenants call the Park home given its excellent location adjacent to the airport and the railroad. Funding and other assistance may be available to your business.
