Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal
The Airport announced its fiscal years 2021 through 2023 goal of 3.5% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction contracts. The proposed goals and rationale is available for inspection by clicking here or at the Airport Administrative Office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Airport Master Plan
The Airport Master Plan serves as a roadmap for the Airport’s future development. It also provides continuity—in terms of a common understanding and common goals—for Airport Administration and the City of Presque Isle leadership regarding management and development decisions. A copy of the most updated Master Plan can be obtained by contacting Airport Administration during regular office hours.

Skyway Industrial Park
Skyway Industrial Park is the largest area of “Industrial Zone” property in the City of Presque Isle. The Park includes 440 acres of developable land ready for your business to call it home. It is not only adjacent to the Airport, but also to the Northern Maine Community College and within minutes of downtown. If you are looking for space to expand, relocate, or room to rent, Skyway Industrial Park is a great fit.
The Presque Isle Industrial Council (PIIC) oversees the Industrial Park and is a separate legal entity from the City of Presque Isle. The Park is permitted for development by the State of Maine Department of Environmental Protection and is currently served by all utilities.
