Losing an item while traveling is never fun. There are three ways to recover a lost item, depending on the location of where it went missing.
Lost at the TSA Checkpoint during screening
If you believe your item was lost during the screening process, please contact the TSA at 207-764-0455.
Lost in the airport
If you believe your item was lost in the actual airport, such as in the parking lot or gate area, please contact us at 207-764-2550.
Lost on an aircraft
If the item was left behind or lost on the plane, United will help you file a claim to try and recover the item. Please contact them at link below.
